Just a quick not to let you know the sofa cover arrived yesterday afternoon. I must say that what we received was not what we were expecting, but exactly what we were hoping for. The cover fits perfectly, the material is great and overall it is of a much higher quality than the original one from IKEA. The best part is that the cushions don't slip off as they did with the original cover from the day we bought the sofa. So all-in-all we are incredibly happy and wished we had bought one years earlier to avoid the constant frustration of sliding cushions. As well, I also want to mention how great your contact and assistance has been. Even had the product not met our hopes completely , your professionalism alone would have made recommending COMFORT WORKS a simple task.

I have received the cover yesterday September 15th which was earlier than I was anticipated. It was nicely wrapped inside and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the workmanship and the leather is heavy and shiny! It will take a few days for that leather to expand a bit, right now it is a bit tight but I wanted to give you the feedback that this product is well sewed together, no cheap looking construction. As I attempted to put them on the cushion, they didn't fit by a good 8 to 10 inches. I was ready to buy a ticket to Down Unda and choke someone. Then my wife pointed out that I was putting them on wrong. Turned the cushion sideways and it fit like a glove. I thanked the lord and canceled my trip to the land of the kangaroos. Within minutes, all of the wrinkles smoothed out and the covers looked amazing! The covers looked better than the day I bought the damn couch. They are perfect in every way, shape and form. Rachel, I absolutely LOVE my slipcovers! They are beyond what I expected...and the pillow covers were such a sweet surprise! Thank you. The lino brushed is perfect and exactly the color that I was looking for. It very much has the look of antique hemp linen! The quality of these slips is amazing...not a single stitch is out of place, every seam is reinforced, etc.! All three fit perfectly. I adore the ties down the backs of the chair slips and I'm so impressed that your team had the foresight to include the flap of fabric beneath the ties. I simply cannot say enough lovely things about these slips. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such beautiful slipcovers. The packaging was a.d.o.r.a.b.l.e. too. I took a photo before I opened it. It arrived yesterday. I was going to try to wait until the next day to put them on but couldn't wait. The zippers are sturdy, the covers are great--I'm so happy! I wish I had done this earlier instead of living with it as it was. Our son's graduation party is tomorrow, so that is one less thing we have to fuss over. Thanks for the suggestion to make it "loose-fit". Even my picky husband who has the phobia of slip covers said that it is tailored to look not-slipcover-y.
